There are two numbers to think about with PPC: your ad spend (which goes directly to Google or Meta), and our management fee. We tailor management fees to the size of the account. Small local accounts start from a few hundred pounds per month, while larger multi-channel accounts are priced on a percentage of spend or a bespoke retainer. We'll always recommend a budget that's realistic for your industry, and if we don't think PPC is the right fit, we'll tell you upfront.

One of the biggest advantages of PPC over SEO is speed. Once your campaigns are live, clicks and leads can start within hours. That said, the first 2–4 weeks are a learning phase, where we're gathering conversion data, refining targeting and trimming waste. Most clients start to see their cost-per-acquisition stabilise and improve between weeks 4 and 8, with compounding gains from there as we optimise.

We offer rolling monthly contracts on all of our PPC management plans, with no long tie-ins. We only ask that new clients commit to a 3-month minimum, because it genuinely takes that long to build, learn from and optimise a new account properly. After that, you're free to stay month-to-month for as long as the numbers make sense.

It depends on how your customers buy. Google Ads captures people actively searching for what you sell, which usually means higher intent and is better for service businesses, B2B and considered purchases. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is better for discovery, visual products, D2C ecommerce and anything sold on impulse. Most of our clients run both, with budget weighted toward whichever channel produces the cheaper qualified lead or sale.

For Google Ads we usually recommend a minimum of £750–£1,000/month in ad spend to gather enough data to optimise meaningfully. In very competitive industries that number climbs. For Meta Ads, £500/month is a workable starting point for testing creative. If you're below those numbers we'll tell you honestly and often recommend starting with a PPC Audit or Local PPC plan first.
