We’re proud to introduce a brand new website for HTC Promotions, an events company that stages and promotes live events, premium experiences and charity fundraisers. Heart IT handled the complete design and development from start to finish, and the whole project went live within 14 days.
Where great nights begin
The brand had to feel like the rooms HTC fills, so we leaned into a dark, near-black palette warmed by gold accents and flowing gold-silk imagery, set in an elegant serif display type. The result is a genuinely premium, luxury feel. The homepage opens on a simple promise, “Where great nights begin”, sitting under the tagline Events · Experiences · Excellence. As the hero copy puts it, HTC Promotions stages and promotes live events, premium experiences and charity fundraisers, built with care, delivered with excellence.

That identity carries through the ‘What we do’ section, headed “Promotion with a personal touch”, which rests on three pillars: Events Promotion, Premium Experiences and Charitable Work. The last of these matters to the team, and the “Events with heart” section is ready to showcase the fundraisers, galas and charity partners as those partnerships are announced.
A custom events system that looks after itself
Most events websites share the same quiet problem. The “upcoming” list slowly fills with dates that have already passed, and someone has to remember to tidy it up by hand. We didn’t want that for HTC Promotions, so we built a custom events system designed to manage itself.
Each event lives in a structured template: a poster image, a date and time, a venue, a short description and a clear “View Event” link through to its own detail page. Early listings already include an evening with boxing’s Carl Froch & Dave Allen at the Floral Pavilion Theatre, New Brighton, and a Whatever Oasis tribute night at The Little Theatre, Birkenhead.

The clever part is what happens behind the scenes. Once an event’s date has passed, the system automatically moves it into an archive. The live “upcoming” list always stays current on its own, with no manual upkeep and nothing for the team to forget. They add an event once, and the site does the housekeeping forever.
Email sorted with Microsoft 365
A polished website needs a professional inbox behind it, so we also set up the company’s full email mailbox with Microsoft 365. That means HTC Promotions has branded email at its own domain from day one, configured and ready to use. Enquiries now reach Adam directly, and the contact page promises a reply within one working day, usually much sooner.
